SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by an SUV while attempting to cross a highway in San Diego Thursday.
The accident occurred around 5:20 a.m. Thursday when the female pedestrian attempted to cross traffic lanes on northbound Interstate 805 to 43rd Street, and was struck by a Chevrolet Tahoe, according to the California Highway Patrol.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her name and age were not immediately available…
