The company’s potential seventh area location appears to be opening in a retail center located off the 52 Freeway, according to a recent submission to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. It’s unclear when this location will open, but the site is currently pending an inspection so that it could be sooner rather than later. Stella Jean’s Ice Cream recently opened a new location in South Park at 1517 30th Street, joining several other locations throughout San Diego, including University Heights, Point Loma, Pacific Beach, Kensington, and Carlsbad.
