A man was arrested June 28 for setting a trashcan on fire near the Walmart at 170 Town Center Parkway.
Deputies and Santee Fire personnel responded around 6:30 p.m. following reports of a fire outside the store.
A witness called dispatch to report seeing a man ignite the trash can’s contents in the Walmart parking lot…
