‘Cabo 64,’ primary instigator of cartel violence in Tijuana, arrested, police say

SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — A man investigators are calling “Cabo 64,” was arrested over the weekend in Tijuana, a huge blow to organized crime in Baja California, according to Mexico’s National Secretary of Defense.

Cabo 64’s real name is Cristian Jonathan “N.”

He is being held for a homicide committed six years ago, but police say he is likely responsible for many other murders throughout the region.
