Wet cement spill forces lane closures on I-15

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The right two lanes of northbound Interstate 15, just south of Friars Road, are closed due to a wet cement spill, according to officials with Caltrans San Diego.

The eastbound Friars Exit is also closed, as noted in a Sig Alert from California Highway Patrol shortly before 8:30 a.m.

CHP officials reported that the spill came from a concrete mixer truck.
