Police have identified a man and woman killed in Oak Park the morning of Saturday, July 26.
The victim has been identified as Michelle Booker-Stewart, 51. Police also identified the man at the residence as her husband, 57-year-old Nathaniel Stewart.
“The incident appears to be a murder/suicide,” said the San Diego Police Department in a release. “There is no known threat to the community.”…
