A shooting in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter Sunday that left one person dead, is again raising concerns about safety in the popular downtown destination.
Police Chief Scott Wahl tells KOGO’s Conway and Larson Show there are more officers in the Gaslamp these days and more conversations between police and local businesses.
