SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI)– Port of San Diego Harbor Police are asking for the public’s help regarding a fatal hit-and-run incident that left one woman dead near North Harbor Drive on Friday.
At around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person down on the westbound lanes near the 4400 block of North Harbor Drive, according to police.
