SAN DIEGO — A 13-year-old girl was seriously injured when she was struck by a teen driver while riding an electric motorcycle in the Black Mountain Ranch neighborhood of San Diego, authorities said Monday.
The crash occurred at around 9:20 p.m. Sunday when the 16-year-old male behind the wheel of a northbound Toyota pickup truck made a left turn and struck the girl who was traveling southbound on Babcock Street at Paseo Del.
