SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — First responders rescued a man with hypothermia from the Pacific Ocean in San Diego Thursday morning after a fisherman found him unresponsive in the water.
A man reportedly fell from a jetty into the Pacific Ocean near Mission Bay in San Diego around 10 a.m. Thursday and was spotted floating in the water, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department confirmed.
