Tropical Storm Juliette to bring rain and bigger surf to San Diego

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — After several days of monsoonal thunderstorms in the mountains and deserts, the entire region is expected to get doused with some showers from a different system — this time, a tropical storm.

As of 2 p.m., Tropical Storm Juliette was about 650 miles west of the southern tip of Baja California and staying out over open waters.

While not expected to make landfall, the outer clouds and moisture are expected to push into Southern California overnight into much of Thursday…
