Domestic road rage rampage in Vista leaves bystander seriously injured, two suspects in custody

VISTA, Calif. — Countless cars and an innocent bystander were struck by a woman during a road rage rampage, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.

It took deputies days to track her down. Now she and another driver are facing a long list of felony charges.
