SAN DIEGO — San Diego Parking Enforcement Officers have found a new favorite spot for issuing daylighting tickets: La Jolla.
Vista Del Mar is a small residential street one block east of La Jolla’s most popular surf spot, Windansea. It is now the location for the most daylighting tickets in the city of San Diego.
Daylighting is the name of the safety measure at intersections where parking is prohibited within 20 feet of a marked or unmarked crosswalk.
