The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of two repeat offenders involved in a significant retail theft at an Ulta Beauty store in Rancho San Diego. The incident, which occurred on June 16, resulted in a loss of approximately $2,480 worth of goods. Both suspects were said to have orchestrated their actions with one entering and exiting the store to fill an orange Ulta bag with merchandise, and the other waiting in a gray Acura sedan, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.
