SAN DIEGO — Students at George Mason University in Virginia are learning forensic art techniques by working on an unidentified remains case from San Diego.
The class, led by veteran forensic artist Joe Mullins, is attempting to reconstruct the face of a young woman found in the Tijuana River Valley in April 2022.
