NESTOR (FOX 5/KUSI)– A third suspect who may be involved in a double murder that took place in the Nestor community in late August has been taken into custody, according to a news release Monday from the San Diego Police Department.
The third suspect has been identified as Marco Ramirez, 22, who is originally from Los Angeles but was living in Tijuana, and was taken into custody Friday around 12:30 p.m., according to SDPD.
Officers reportedly located Ramirez in the area of 2300 Via Segundo, just five miles southeast of Nestor.
