SAN DIEGO — A 95-year-old San Diego man is making waves in the local fitness community with the release of his latest rap song promoting the importance of friendship and staying active. Ron Schneider, a member of Fitness Quest 10 in Scripps Ranch, has created “Still Not Yet Expired,” a humorous rap track that celebrates his enduring vitality.

“We retired, sometimes tired but we have not expired,” raps Schneider in his latest musical creation.

The nonagenarian rapper is no stranger to the music scene, having released his first rap song, “Not Yet Expired,” a decade ago. His trainer, Craig Valency, recalls the impact of that initial track: “He had some attitude, I mean he had a little Snoop Dogg attitude in that one.”…
