CHULA VISTA, Calif. — At Ming’s Revolving Sushi and Bar, diners usually grab their favorite dishes right off the conveyor belt. But for active duty military members and their families, six plates each come at no cost.
Owners CiCi Chen and James Lo said the idea came quickly.
