SAN DIEGO — A family-owned gym that has served the Clairemont community for more than three decades is being forced to close after new landlords terminated its lease.
Being Fit, located in Clairemont Town Square, received a 90-day notice in September from the former landlord terminating its month-to-month lease. The new owner, G&I XI CA Retail, managed by DLC Management, finalized the termination this month, requiring the gym to vacate by the end of December.
