SAN DIEGO — A Halloween celebration that Mira Mesa residents look forward to every year took a frightening turn this week after several beloved decorations were stolen right out of front yards in the early morning hours.
For about 20 years, homeowner Angie Gamez has transformed her Mira Mesa front lawn into a spooky graveyard display. Neighbors often stop to admire the collection as they drive through the area.
