San Diego County residents who use CalFresh, also known as SNAP or Food Stamps, are now receiving their full November benefits. This follows a federal court decision last week that ordered benefits to be restored during the government shutdown, which began on October 1, 2025. The State of California started adding benefits to EBT cards on Thursday. Distributions that usually happen from the first to the seventh of the month are now complete. Remaining benefits will be given as planned through November 10.
