A recent social media post has raised serious concerns about the conditions at Premium Care Services, a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) located in Mira Mesa. The author of the post, who recently lost their grandmother, alleges that the facility is plagued by numerous issues, including infestations of cockroaches, missing food, unsafe rooms, overheated living conditions, and staff who are at best negligent and at worst abusive. The facility, which charges $5,000 per month, has multiple state citations and has allegedly removed its online reviews.
