A couple and their dog reunited on a San Diego beach after a nail-biting search for the pup.

Alexis and Brandon were ready to spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon visiting friends and family in San Diego when their dog, a black Labrador retriever mix named Sadie, dashed out the front door of where they were staying and vanished on Nov. 23.

Fortunately, the couple had placed a GPS tag on Sadie’s collar, allowing them to track her movements. The pet parents followed Sadie’s GPS tag to Ocean Beach, roughly two miles away, according to a post from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department…
