SpaceX launch to be visible from Southern California, including San Diego

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — West Coast residents, including those in Southern California, may be able to see the next SpaceX rocket launch on Monday night.

SpaceX is expected to launch the Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in Santa Barbara County.

The rocket launches are conducted to deploy more Starlink satellites into orbit. Starlink bills itself as the “world’s most advanced satellite constellation using a low orbit to deliver broadband internet.”
