SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man in San Ysidro was sentenced Monday for animal cruelty charges after 34 animals were rescued from his flooded home in late August, according to the San Diego Humane Society.
Gary Marks has reportedly been banned from owning an animal for 10 years, and his sentencing also includes a Fourth Amendment Waiver, allowing law enforcement to search his home without a warrant.
