On December 8, 2025, El Cajon police responded to a domestic violence call on East Madison Avenue. A 38-year-old man was accused of attempting to stab and threaten a woman before leaving the area. Officers found his vehicle, but the man led them on a pursuit and tried to hit a police car driven by a supervisor.
Police used their vehicle to block the suspect, but he escaped and returned to the original location. Officers then used a Taser and arrested him without further incident…
