SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego Police have arrested four people in connection with the October killing of a man in the Linda Vista neighborhood.

According to the police department, officers were called just before 4 a.m. on Oct. 18 to the 6800 block of Osler Street after receiving reports of an injured, unresponsive man. When officers arrived, they found 59-year-old Ruben Rimorin lying on the sidewalk with significant trauma to his upper body.
San Diego Fire-Rescue paramedics provided emergency medical aid, but Rimorin later died from his injuries.
Homicide detectives took over the investigation and determined that Rimorin was confronted by a group of men in the park area of the Linda Vista Recreation Center. Police say a confrontation escalated into a physical assault, during which the victim was beaten. The suspects were initially described as Hispanic men in their 20s and 30s.

On Dec. 10, SDPD homicide investigators, with assistance from uniformed officers from the Special Operations Unit, arrested four suspects in San Diego. Police identified them as 26-year-old Juan Lopez, 21-year-old Franklin Tuell, 20-year-old Brian Reyes, and 21-year-old Juan Alavez. All four were booked into San Diego County Jail on murder charges…
