SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Hundreds watched as boats sailed the San Diego Bay decked out in holiday decor for the 55th annual San Diego Bay Parade of Lights.
The celebration was themed “An Out Of This World Christmas,” according to organizers.
