San Diego, the state’s second-most populous county, had a population of 3,336,081 persons in fiscal year 2025, an increase of 0.32% over 2024’s figure, according to data released Friday by the California Department of Finance.
The county’s population of 3,325,274 last year increased by 10,807 in 2025, data showed.
