(FOX 5/KUSI) — Paramedics in San Diego County are urging people to eat and drink in moderation this Christmas, warning that holiday indulgence can lead to serious medical emergencies, including heart attacks.
At AMR’s headquarters in Kearny Mesa, first responders demonstrated proper CPR techniques and how to use an automated external defibrillator, or AED, citing a seasonal spike in cardiac emergencies.
