CARLSBAD, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A winter storm brought wind gusts and rain to North County San Diego, leaving everything in sight drenched Wednesday afternoon.
Debris was scattered across roadways just outside The Shoppes at Carlsbad Village, and trees were bent to their limits.
