(FOX 5/KUSI) — After all the debate, paid parking in Balboa Park is upon us. Next Monday, Jan. 5, paid parking will be enforced from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
City residents are getting a break, but people will have to register with the city to get the discount.
