(FOX 5/KUSI) — A crash involving a semi-trailer truck blocked several lanes of traffic on the northbound lanes of the 15 freeway near Mission Valley Wednesday afternoon.
A SigAlert was issued for northbound SR-15 near Interstate 8 and Camino Del Rio, backing up traffic to Adams Avenue, around 1:30 p.m.
