STOCKTON, Calif. — A Superior Court hearing is planned for Tuesday, January 6 to determine whether Santana High School shooter Charles ‘Andy’ Williams is eligible for resentencing and release from prison.
Penal Code 1170(d) allows individuals who have served at least 15 years of a ‘life without parole’ sentence for crimes committed when they were under the age of 18 to petition to have their sentence recalled and modified.
