The San Diego Sheriff’s Department is seeking assistance from the public in the search for a missing 12-year-old boy in Spring Valley. Benji Vertongen was reported missing after he was last seen exiting his residence on the 4600 block of Resmar Road.
Described as wearing a light blue UCLA shirt for the last time, Benji was noted to have had his skateboard with him when he left home. The circumstances under which Benji went missing were not provided by the Sheriff’s Department.
