Authorities Tuesday publicly identified two men who were fatally struck by cars over the last eight days in San Diego County.
Binh Hoang of San Diego was walking across the street in the 2800 block of Meadowlark Drive in the Birdland neighborhood, east of Kearny Mesa, when a vehicle hit him shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 29, according to the county Medical Examiner’s Office.
Paramedics took Hoang to nearby Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, two days after his 76th birthday, the agency reported…
