CHULA VISTA, Calif. — Wednesday marked the five year anniversary of Maya Millete’s disappearance from her Chula Vista home.
Larry Millete, charged with her murder called the CBS 8 newsroom from jail after investigative producer Dorian Hargrove reached out and requested an interview. He spoke to Hargrove for 5-10 minutes, but declined to do an interview or publicly comment on the anniversary of his wife’s disappearance.
Millete is scheduled to stand trial beginning March 9 at the South Bay Courthouse in what is expected to be a three-month proceeding. The case has drawn significant public attention as a high-profile no-body murder case in the Chula Vista community…
