SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A San Diego salon owner is issuing a warning after customers skipped out on hundreds of dollars worth of hair and beauty services.
“It was crippling to not know what to do with feeling that violated, and I still had to pay my artist for her time. She had a sick baby at home, and she stood for five hours,” said Andrea Velez, owner of Makeup and Style San Diego.
