SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A San Diego-based Navy sailor who was accused of espionage has been sentenced to 16.5 years in prison.
Jinchao Wei, who also went by the name Patrick Wei, was found guilty of selling Navy secrets to a Chinese intelligence officer for $12,000 back in August of last year.
