SAN DIEGO — If you’ve been driving along the 94 freeway near La Mesa and Lemon Grove lately, you may have noticed something unusual overhead.
Black netting that spans from one side of the freeway to the other, just east of the College Avenue exit, has been left for weeks, leaving many drivers curious and puzzled about what it is for and how long it will stay.
