The clip, posted to an influencer’s Instagram page, captures only part of the arrest, but that short segment has been enough to push residents to demand answers about how officers handled the encounter. Witnesses told reporters they heard arguing and then saw the man reach for what appeared to be an iron tool before a heavy police response arrived, including multiple units, a helicopter, and a K-9. Community activists say they have filed complaints and are calling for an independent review of what happened in the parking lot.
