(FOX 5/KUSI) — The city of San Diego issued more clarity regarding paid parking enforcement at Balboa Park ahead of the upcoming federal holiday.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which falls on Monday, Jan. 19, is the first holiday to be observed since the paid parking rules went into effect at Balboa Park.
