EL CAJON, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 21-year-old man from Arizona was killed after he walked onto Interstate 8 in East County, California Highway Patrol said.
According to CHP, a 49-year-old man from El Cajon was driving west on I-8 near Mollison Avenue around 1:20 a.m. last Saturday when his vehicle struck the pedestrian.
