SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a double homicide that happened in the Grant Hill neighborhood early Monday morning, the San Diego Police Department confirmed.
Officers said they received an anonymous report of two people lying in the street on the 100 block of 27th Street on Monday, Jan. 19 around 12:26 a.m. The caller said that one person appeared to be bloody.
