SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A civil litigation attorney is investigating whether or not he will file a civil lawsuit in the case involving the fatal hit-and-run that killed 6-year-old Hudson O’Loughlin in Pacific Beach.
On Tuesday, Tiffany Sanchez pleaded not guilty to all three charges against her, two of which are felonies. Meantime, attorney Andre Bollinger sat in court on behalf of the O’Loughlin family.
