Sirens drowned out U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem during a press conference in Southern California on Thursday.
Noem was holding a press conference in Otay Mesa, California, a southern enclave of San Diego just north of the U.S.-Mexico border, where she highlighted the administration’s efforts to enhance border security by cracking down on illegal border crossings and drug trafficking crimes.
