(FOX 5/KUSI) — A San Diego tattoo shop saw a growing long line of eager customers on Friday after it announced a flash sale just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Following a long-standing tradition to get inked on Friday the 13th, Eden Tattoo Gallery in North Park announced in January that artists would be drawing tattoos at discounted prices on the infamous date.
When the date arrived — which also happens to be Valentine’s Day weekend — people lined up around the shop located at 3001 Madison Ave. to either pick from the flash sale designs or get a custom design of their own.
The flash designs were revealed on Eden Tattoo Gallery’s Instagram page earlier this week, with a little bit of something for everyone. Some of the minimalistic artwork referenced the “unlucky” symbolism associated with Friday the 13th, while others were geared more toward romantics…
