Machete Mayhem On Hotel Circle Leaves Man Bloodied In Mission Valley

A man was wounded this morning in a machete attack in Mission Valley, according to San Diego police, and was rushed to UC San Diego Medical Center with a head injury.

Patrol officers were called shortly after 9 AM to the 2300 block of Hotel Circle South, where they found the victim bleeding from the head while the attacker was nowhere in sight, SDPD Sgt. Saum Poorsaleh said. The man was taken to UCSD Medical Center, and the severity of his injuries was not immediately known. Authorities were still searching for the suspect around midday, according to 10News.
