A man was shot and killed by deputies after allegedly raising a gun during a traffic stop in San Marcos on Wednesday, the San Diego Police Department said.
The shooting happened after a San Diego County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a red Hyundai Sonata shortly after 9 p.m. in the 600 block of North Twin Oaks Valley Road.
