University of San Diego alum shares his experience as an astronaut in space

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Astronaut Commander Matthew Dominick has orbited his alma mater University of San Diego roughly 3,800 times while on his eight-month mission to the International Space Station.

Commander Dominick shared his mission experiences with his former professors, college friends and academic dignitaries in an evening of sweeping photos from the ISS.
